We created a series of intimate video portraits illustrating how banking helps people live the lives they want. We showed how banking is all about people and the major moments that define their lives: the new home, the new startup, a wedding, a car, a holiday... dreams coming true.
We used powerful film techniques to show a range of deeply personal, human moments of joy. We weaved in the story of Santander’s technological achievements, connecting the viewers’ own experiences to those of their customers.
We more than matched expectations! New starters and the managers of the Santander induction process have reported that the film has a highly positive impact on behaviours across the whole bank.
