Learning and communications agency, Mediazoo, has launched the Workwell Collective, a culture building tool that will help leaders transform the wellbeing and productivity of their organisation.
The creative agency has teamed up with one of the UK’s leading psychotherapists Anna Mathur to develop a course that gives workplaces the skills of self-care.
The three-part digital course includes podcasts, videos, workbooks and exercises, with different modules for different needs and themes. Modules cover Stress and Burnout Recognition, Effective Stress Management, and Building Long-Term Wellbeing, with expanded topics on Wellbeing for Leaders, Wellbeing for Parents, and Neurodivergence in the Workplace.
The initiative launches during Street Awareness Week (3–7 November) and follows a recent Gallup report revealing that 76% of employees experience burnout at work. The partnership aims to tackle this growing issue, recognising that investing in employee wellbeing is key to retaining top talent and unlocking organisational potential.
The expert led psycho-educative approach aims to build a more resilient workforce by making employees feel supported, in control and equipped to manage stress.
Mediazoo is the UK’s leading specialist learning and communications agency, using storytelling and proven methodologies to drive innovative behavioural change initiatives.
Liz Robinson, Managing Director at Mediazoo, said: “In today’s connected world, the boundaries between home and work are increasingly blurred, and I see it every day – brilliant, driven people running on empty and losing their spark. Stress isn’t personal; it’s systemic, and organisations need to step up and take responsibility for the environment they create.”
“Investing in your team’s wellbeing isn’t just a nice gesture; it’s about genuinely caring for the people who make your organisation what it is. When you do that, you keep your best people and unlock the energy, creativity, and passion that truly make a difference.”
The modules are created in partnership with Anna Mathur, a psychotherapist and bestselling author, who brings years of therapeutic experience, combining behavioural science and a holistic lens.
Anna said: “People come to therapy and leave feeling understood, but then they return to workplaces that don’t see the pressure they’re under. The stress piles up, motivation dips, and engagement fades, even for the most talented, committed individuals.”
“Working with Mediazoo means we can bring therapy into the workplace and translate those insights into practical, everyday support. It’s about giving people tools they can actually use, creating environments where they feel heard, supported and able to do their best work.
This project is part of Mediazoo’s wider strategy to partner with progressive leaders to develop game-changing transformation solutions.
