The Uncertainty Ready Enterprise Platform (UREP) is supplied by Mediazoo and published under the Uncertainty Experts brand, part of Mediazoo Group.
UREP purchases made through Microsoft commercial marketplace are governed by the Microsoft Standard Contract presented during purchase, together with the applicable Marketplace order or private offer and the policies linked from this page.
The Marketplace order or private offer records the customer, price, number of named users, subscription term and any additional services agreed for that customer. The public £1 annual plan is provided to make the offer transactable and is not the enterprise price. Enterprise pricing and the final commercial terms are provided through a private offer.
Each named-user licence provides access for the agreed subscription term to the UREP digital learning platform and the programme content included in the relevant order. The licence is for the customer’s internal use and account credentials must not be shared. Administrative and reviewer-only access does not consume a learner licence unless that person also takes the programme.
The virtual coach is included as a platform feature and uses the customer’s own ElevenLabs account. Live coaching, facilitated workshops, bespoke content, custom integrations, implementation services and other professional services are included only when they are expressly stated in the customer’s order or a separate statement of work.

If these terms and a Marketplace order or private offer conflict, the Marketplace order or private offer takes priority for the customer-specific commercial details. The Microsoft Standard Contract remains the governing Marketplace contract.
