Challenge
After a demerger and separation of their healthcare products business our client had the challenge of engaging twenty five thousand people to start living and breathing a new brand to build a new culture. Many people needed to be engaged and inspired when migrating across from the sister company and new hires needed to be excited and ready to hit the ground running. The business had created a clear learning strategy and our task was to enable employees in understanding how work flows through the business in order to make money with a maximum seat-time of 20 minutes. People needed to be excited to learn about purpose, direction, the operating model and much, much more in a unique, compelling and innovative way.
Solution
Our team of creatives designed a concept based on an interactive cube that would act as a spinning world that employees could easily access through an LMS. Within this virtual world learners would be able to dive into specific landscapes that represent what the business looks like, how it works and what it stands for. Leaners can be in 360 degree R&D labs one minute to learn how science is used to better everyday health and inform product development. Or in a distribution and manufacturing site the next, where they can learn how supply chains and regulations are managed effectively so that products can reach consumers at scale. Each side of the cube enables learners to access engaging content through pop up and hotspots creating a seamless, interactive, world class learning experience.
