Challenge

The Adecco Group aimed to align 30,000 employees with their new "Profit with Purpose" Code of Conduct (CoC). The challenge was to announce this initiative across 25 diverse languages and cultures, making it relevant, personal, and actionable in daily work life. Additionally, the goal was to embed the CoC into the company's long-term business interactions.

Solution

The "Humans of Adecco" campaign centred colleagues, asking them, "What choice would you make?" Workshops defined the campaign's message, goals, and storytelling techniques. Original contributors acted as campaign ambassadors, providing a relatable face to the CoC. Real-life events were leveraged to create engaging narratives about misconduct cases and A year-long campaign included monthly touchpoints highlighting specific themes related to global events, supported by on-site displays. We also created an interactive branching scenario experience that asked learners to make deicisions about what they would do in specific scenarios related to conduct issues. These leveraged the same locations as the films and created a strong theme throughout.

Impact

The comprehensive campaign led to the development of a clear campaign identity and message house, creation of launch assets, effective communication planning, and document translations in 25 languages. The initiative successfully fostered a culture of active engagement with the CoC, encouraging employees to embody its principles in their daily work.
