CloserStill Media is at a crucial stage in its development. As a fast-growing events business, since 2019 the company has doubled revenues, which should hit 200m in 2024. The number of employees has increased to nearly 500, with a team of over 70 in the US alone. The company is now a truly global preposition with offices also in Germany, France and Singapore and sees SE Asia as a key growth market. As CloserStill Media swiftly transitions into a global player in the sector, it wanted to retain its original energy and competitive yet fun nature. This culture has been at the heart of its huge success so far. The leadership team at CloserStill Media wanted to invest in professional comms support to both raise the profile of the business for potential partners and other key stakeholders, but also to celebrate and maintain the original CloserStill culture across all its locations, despite its rapid expansion.
Solution
Media Zoo develops monthly content calendars, planning a range of content for newsletters and LinkedIn, for both the corporate channel and key leaders in the business, to cover multiple key themes that coincide with CloserStill's overall strategy and brand narrative. Data analysis makes our digital interventions even more effective. We present monthly insights to the communications team as well as our recommendations for measures to increase channel engagement and reach.
Impact
Working with CloserStill’s Communications Manager to deliver a regular schedule of LinkedIn and internal comms content has help drive +25% more followers for the corporate LinkedIn channel, and increased engagement rates for all thought leaders on LinkedIn, with a new engagement rate range of 7.5% to 20.55%. The newsletter is receiving positive feedback from across the business, with a 0% unsubscribe rate, and a 54% open rate.
