Challenge
Following a recent acquisition by recruitment giant Adecco, Office Angels needed an ad campaign across film and print that captured their values and reaffirmed their status as the people’s recruitment agency. The campaign needed to deliver on two fronts – firstly, staying true to their recruitment agency next door heritage, secondly, driving their proposition to new audiences who may not have considered them previously. They needed something honest, driving behaviour change amongst clients old and new.
Solution
We needed to ground the creative in the intimacy of real relationships and honest, emotional storytelling. Reinforced by these real candidate stories provided by Office Angels, it became clear that their USP lay in their people-first approach. Inspired by real stories of candidates looking for jobs with Office Angels, we crafted a narrative for our launch film focusing on a father and daughter relationship. Our deliberate choice of a naturalistic shooting approach further supported this authentic tone.
Impact
“The feedback from our people and the rest of the group was and is outstanding. Our people have pushed it out on their social and do so regularly. We have it on our website and YouTube which had had 294,000 views. We are currently running a paid social campaign. The comments on the film on socials have all been positive” - Comms Director
